There are very few bugs that can survive under out skin long enough to actually hatch, and even fewer that are a problem here in the states. Additionally, unless the body was a murder victim or someone who spent a good amount of time outdoors before being brought to the morgue... or had been dead for quite some time... wouldn't have been contaminated with said insects.
