foods that fill you up for a quite a few hours.

Some vegetables like celery and carrots take up more calories to digest that they actually provide the body. In another words, you can eat as much of them as you want with little to no worry about packing on extra pounds. Just be careful what you eat with them though (peanut butter, ranch, dressing).
lol yeah, my main snack has been carrots with ranch dressing, but dam it's good:yumyum:

I can't remember what you said your diet consisted of earlier, but cottage cheese is decently filling and an absolute MUST for anyone trying to get protein in their diet. Most types of cottage cheese taste horrible, but I find the Wal Mart value brand 1% lowfat to be the best tasting.

ooh yes, cottage cheese, i should add that back to my diet.

And another thing, Dannon Activia Lite is some pretty good stuff. Lets you get some of your carbs and it's suppose to help regulate your digestion. I dunno about you, but the high protein diet fucks up me bowels a little bit.

hmmmm.....well it kinda does but if u keep urself hydrated it's not really that bad. Just make sure you have water to process the nutrients with every meal you have so it don't back up.

You should be eating every 3 hours or so, I eat breakfast at 9, snack at 12, lunch at 3, snack around 5 and dinner around 7-8

If I feel hungry besides that I will grab a quick chicken breast out of the fridge and chug some water, if I am on the road get a wendys grilled chicken toss the bun.

I try to stay hydrated, but I've fixed most of my problems by getting the expensive extra dietary fiber wheat bread. The extra buck a loaf is worth it, imo.

Bread products tend to be high is carbohydrates and I dunno about Luvinthebass, but I tend to do most of my snacking in the evening, which is when you don't want to be eating carbs.
