Breakfast.
Sausage sandwich on toasted wheat bread.
Sausage seasoned with Salt & Hot Sauce.
Eggs with Feta Cheese, Hot Sauce, bacon, and a bit of mustard for some tang.
Also, Coffee made in a French Press...

I was raised in the country. So this is an excelent breakfast for me.
My GF hates sausage too. Which is good, more for me...
