Ate some bad fish and chips once many, many moons ago...note to self, when shitting AND puking at the same time, make sure when you arrive at the toilet you SIT with something to puke into...I arrived at the toilet to puke into the bowl and then shit all over the floor at the same time...wifie was NOT happy...she had to clean it up...I was in no condition. Took me 3 days to recover before I could even THINK about eating anything...not fun.

I had the EXACT same situation as OP a few years ago. I had diarrhea and throwing up. I didn't eat Chinese food for a few months after that either. Never felt so sick in my life before.

Had it one time from a sub made at Syracuse University.. around 8pm when I ate it and around 6am the next morning when I thought I was going to die. 12 hours of 20 minute intervals of running to the toilet. Not fun

Make sure you drink a LOT of fluids. I got food poisoning from Pizza Hut recently and wound up dehydrated to the point that they wanted me on an IV. Drink water, Gatorade, whatever you can hold down.

I have passed out from stomach cramps probably a dozen times in my life. I think my lower intestine is screwed up, I did some googling and there is like an unknown cause/disease of random stomach cramping that usually ends in a flood of butt piss - which mine always do.

It is just scary because I get them so bad I double over and pass out, wake up in random *** spots. One time I passed out on the toilet... Like I woke up sitting on the toilet, with my head backwards on the top, all limp n sh!t. It was scary, cuz I could have easily fell off to one of the side and busted my skull on the counter top or the bathtub.
