Focal Component Set from 6ave.com Open-Box?

So, I just received my Focal Polyglass 165VB Components from 6ave.com today. The first thing I did was call Focal to verify they were authentic, which they were. However, upon unboxing them, a number of things don't look right. For instance, the crossovers are not wrapped in any sort of protective material. The sticky pads on the back of the crossovers are partially torn away as if they have been mounted before and pulled it off. The wire ends on the crossovers are frayed and twisted a bit too. Finally there are no screws included whatsoever, (I saw them in an unboxing vid), and it is also missing a foam gasket in the grille that is referenced in the manual.

I have sent 6ave an email, so I will see what they say. I was just wondering if anyone else has seen something similar from them?

I've purchased from 6ave numerous times as has one of my buddies. Neither he nor I have had any issues with anything being open when it arrived. They're authorized for everything they sell. Hopefully it's just a small mishap on their part and they take care of you the right way.
