OP: Get the Solid4 instead since the FP4.75 is already end of production.

@SQChevy - I heard that they stop producing the FP4.75.. not sure what was the reason.

I've had my Focal FP 4.75 and it's been incredible. I haven't had any problems with the FP line of amps.

Are you sure you have the Solid 4 tune correctly?

The FP line is going to be replaced this coming year. I emailed the sales rep of America. Asking him for more info on the amp, and he told me there are a new line ocming out sometime next year. However he doesnt know when. Im planning on getting the 5.500
