This is Vince's 06' M3 convertible. He has been a client for a couple years now and I never really posted pics of his car. It's been a work in progress as most projects are but this one is finally coming to end.
Here's the first system. He brought it to me with the equipment already in the car asked if I could make it look better than what was in there. I took out everything that was already installed and started from scratch. All the trim panels were covered with genuine Alcantara and a "///M" logo was embossed in the center of the panel. A carpeted cover panel covers everything up so the trunk could still be used. After I finished it up 3 weeks later one of the amps died so I told him it was time to upgrade. The system is put together via pressure fit. Not a single screw was shot into the car to mount everything. My client is a stickler for not modifying the car. This was the only point he would not budge on.
I started with replacing the amps for Focal Power series and upgrading the sub to a single Polyglass 33 V2. More Alcantara was used to make the new trim panel. A bigger "///M" logo was embossed in the panel.
