so im ordering my other sub and new amp tomorrow. but idk what amp to get. hifi has the PA3000D an refurb Kicker Kx1200.1 for the same price. what would be the better choice for to CW12's????

Well, considering the Kicker does 600w+ @ 2ohm, and the PA is rated 1800w @ 2ohm; and the CW12 has a power handling of 600w RMS with dual 4ohm voice coils......I guess I don't really see the point in getting the PA unless you think at some point in time you're going to need over 1.5kw of power or the CW12 can handle significantly more than rated power for daily driving.

The Kicker would still give you the option of 1200w @ 1ohm should you ever decide to upgrade

kicker will SOUND better...but the PA will give u more head room if u ever need more juice. plus te PA wont be workign as hard and thus pretty efficently
