The Florida Supreme Court unanimously struck down a state law banning emitting sound that is "plainly audible" at 25 feet or more from vehicles.
The court ruled "we find that the statute is an unreasonable restriction on First Amendment rights" and "the statute is unconstitutionally overbroad because it restricts the freedom of expression in a manner more intrusive than necessary"

I got a loud music ticket in Georgia and am in the process with the ACLU of challenging this same statute here
