this law also applies to louisiana except LA is alot harsher.... you can have your license plate taken away and your car towed to the impound along with your drivers license revoked for a month

im just pist that were i live me and my boy were going down the street and he has a sotkc system in his RAM 1500 and the cop pulled him over while he was playing some 36 mafia and the cop tried to give him a ticket... ****ing bs...

my radar detector has saved my *** some times. it help to know when cops are around specially if they are behind you at night and you cant see that far behind you

That's ridiculous. I'm sure the law is more in depth than what is written on that site. They can't (in my mind) say any volume at 25 Feet, common sence would dictate that the volume has to excede a set dB level. If that is the case then all cops would have to carry a dB meter.
