Hope they call your case early, b/c the judge WILL get pissy as the day wears on INCREASING your chances of getting anally *****!!

If you have a clean record you'll be OK (fine traffic skool), if not bring the KY.

Oh and another thing goto court in a shirt & tie loking like a stand up citizen that just chose poor judgement!

i got a 93 in a 60 cuz i was a cool guy when I was younger.

in texas and my county it was like $300, no court cost, no other fees, no jail

tell them there was a bomb on board and you had to keep it over 50mph so it didn't blow, but you disarmed it in time and save lives, could get you a medal!

As long as you go in there professional lookin and in a good mood and the judge is in a good mood by the time you get called up you should not get smacked that hard for it

A couple people I know have been arrested on the spot for going 35 mph over the speed limit....their car was towed so they had to pay for that and they had to do cumminity service for 30 days and had license suspended....VA cops dont play round

Here if it's 25 or more over you have to go to court and that shit stays on your record permanently.

Plead no contest if your first time. Judge will waive adjudication and make you just pay the fines.

33+.....You're probably going to get your license suspended.

Like was said before, wear a nice shirt and tie. Don't go in a hooded sweatshirt (I saw a girl do that once when I was in court, and the judge immediately gave her the maximum fine.....didn't even let her speak).
