thats bs, ive been pulled over 3 or 4 times for bass since the middle of summer when that "law" was supposed to go into effect, and only got warnings everytime, cops never even mentioned the impound law. no one here with a system here has gotten their car impounded lol. the cops didnt even mention it to us surprisingly
