they wont even do that,.. i met the sheriffs at the local pd. they acted like it wasnt important enough and said since all my shit went missing while it was under the control of my ex, it was a civil issue.
the female officer that showed up after the initial officer arrived told me to keep my distance every time i tried to show her the emails between me and the thief and pm's between mazdakid and i when i was asked how i got all this info. i think they looked up my prior record and saw that i once put two cops in the hospital while i was cuffed and tazed, lol

Ya.. that blows!!! They deff not going to do anything if it was in the possession of your ex,as she would be the one to have dealt with on it basicly, as she Im sure knows nothing about it..Thats a badd loss there man.Not much you can do with that..Thats a loss right there man.

Most likely you can if proven it was with pics and serial numbers.I think in most states there is a limit on how many days you can file..Some states are 30 days,and depends on the Insurance company as well.Receipts help out also, but it needs to proven they were on property with a police report.

With out serial numbers. They won't do anything wasn't it your ex that sold you stuff ? She said it was thrown out or something. A buddy of mine here got his house broke into. Subs and other stuff stolen. He seen them on Craigslist called to police told them. They said they couldn't do anything. Even tho he had distinctive markings on the subs. But still nothing

Thieves know this the reason when they steal they go straight for getting rid of serial numbers ...

well, i think i have enough evidence via email correspondence to **** my ex over. she testified under oath and in transcript that all of my **** from inside the house was moved to the garage, yet the contractor/thief acknowledged that it was my stuff and my ex gave it to him.

i filed an emergency petition for rule to show cause to hold my ex in contempt the day after i went to the house to pick up my ****, i didnt grab anything at that time so she couldnt go and say i already took it. i was told by the judge i needed a list of everything missing and the fair market value for each, so i think once i get it all on paper, its prob going to amount to something in the neighborhood of 13-14k.... and that's not even including all of my clothing she tossed.

if anyone wants to call the ex, i got a number just itching to be dialed, lol

Wow!! You have something going on then..Thats Great man..Get R Done as they say!! Id go full blown with whatever you can with what you have going on.I like hearing stuff like this..It makes my day Get R Done man!!

Holy balls idk what I'd do if someone stole this much from me.... One things for sure if someone jacks my sheet from either of my trucks police report will involve 5k cash stolen from center console.... Only way to ensure they actually do their job and charge the snake with a felony

Went back to the flea market on sunday to see if the guy was there to buy some more of the stuff back.
