Looks awesome as usual!

how is that done?
Google "wood kerfing". It looks simple but is a pain in the ***. You basically make cuts in the wood that go the majority of the way through the wood. You space the cuts by how tight you want the bend. Then, fill the cuts with some wood glue, bend the wood, and clamp it in place for a while. It will hold it's form for the most part and then you put it in place. Spacing out the cuts and making all the kerfs takes time and patience to get right, especially if you're working with a large piece of wood.

Any pics of the left side? I'd like to see how you did the kerfs on the exterior flare without having it be funky, or are you just glassing or bodoing the slots?

Edit... It looks like these were done with the kerfs on the exterior (convex) side? If so I'm guessing finishing's already been done :)

Once you got the sizes and stuff down, simple with a good table saw with a fence.
