Google "wood kerfing". It looks simple but is a pain in the ***. You basically make cuts in the wood that go the majority of the way through the wood. You space the cuts by how tight you want the bend. Then, fill the cuts with some wood glue, bend the wood, and clamp it in place for a while. It will hold it's form for the most part and then you put it in place. Spacing out the cuts and making all the kerfs takes time and patience to get right, especially if you're working with a large piece of wood.how is that done?
