you pretty much need to go ahead and put a new one up..buy you some vinyl, glue, and a 4-6" bondo spreader to smooth it out...its not hard at all

if you need some tan headliner material i can hook you up on esome...I bought a good bit on a roll last year and ended up changing my whole interior to a diff color so i cant use it nemore..just been sittin in storage.

is there any way to repair?

walmart sells spray glue thats actualy made just for headliners in their stores, its not where the glue is though its in the isle with the car accessories and fuses/floor mats, etc...

you should re-do it... we had some vinyl from hobby lobby, a whole big can of 3m super hold spray adhesive and sprayed a buddys headliner.. it looked good at first but a week into the summer heat it starte sagging real badly.. i guess the vinyl was too heavy
