fitting a 6.5" in a 5.25" hole...help

i am trying to upgrade my pos pyle 5.25" to a pair of alpine type-r 6.5". i know nothing about fabrication, and for some reason i can't quite find anything at the moment. i have a chrysler concorde '97 if that means anything. any suggestions or links would be great.
