first time Wireing

Ok, this is my first system, and I want to wire it myself. First off, I have 1 10" w7 in an H.O. wedge, 1 Jbl 1200.1 amp, and a 3400 watt stinger wireing kit. Now for the head unit I am getting the Alpine Cda-9815.

NOw tell me if this is right, first off I will be wireing series parallell for my jbl 1200.1, now the the 18 feet of o gauage goes from the positive battery terminal to my amp or hu. You see somone told me hu, but the head unit I want says it needs to be connected to the battery directly, so I am un-sure. Also, were do all the other wires go, I now the 250 amp fuse will be loacted close to the battery connected on the 18 feet of 0 gage. NOw the 17 feet of 18 gauage amp on/off wire will be conected to my amp then to my head uniut right?? SO far thats what I got, I doubt it's right so can i get a little help please. ALso, what other wires will I need, everything in the kit is listed below.

18 feet of 0 ga. HPM Blue Power Wire

3 feet of 0 ga. HPM Clear Ground Wire

1- Platinum Plated PRO-style ANL Fuse Holder with 250 Amp ANL fuse

17 feet of 18 ga. Amplifier Remote Turn-on Wire

1- Platinum Plated Machined Ring Terminal with Cover

1- Platinum Plated Super Surface Contact Grounding Terminal

10 - 7 inch wire ties

I have a stinger kit, I listed what it came with, what other wires do I need if any, and which wires go were.

Run the power wire to the pos. terminal of battery, fuseholder within 18 inches of the battery, and back to the power input of the amp.

Run ground from a bare metal spot on your cars chassis to the ground input on your amp. Keep it as short as possible.

Run RCA's from your HU back to the inputs on your amp.

Run remote wire from your HU back to the input on the amp.
