First time shopping for components

this is my first time shopping for components...i need some advice.. im not looking to spend a whole lot but if i get amazing sound i'll be happy. heres my choices.

1) alpine type-r ..i've heard these at best buy and they were really nice sounding...price online..--150.00

2) diamond audio d600s hex's..i heard these at a dealer, wow they were nice...price online -280.00

3) eclipse sc8264 ..never heard them but im a big fan of the eclipse line up...I can get these for 175.00

if anyone else has input on this let me know of some good sounding ones..they're being powered by an infinity 4 channel..it's like 111 x 4

The Diamond Hex comps are really smooth not too bright so you can listening to them at high volumes and not have your ears hurt.

Also none of the above listed offer a warranty if purchased online, with the exception of the Alpines through Crutchfield.
