First fiberglass project

Good Job! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsupwink.gif.129404938effda6ad9cca39e7f4b58a3.gif
How many layers of f/g is that?
Around 10! Since this is my first work with glass ever, I have no idea how strong it should be so I wanted to make sure.

dont even bother with the epoxy. just mix up some quality bodyfiller (rage gold?) and throw it on with a credit card, or body spreader.
id sand the whole thing with some 60, and clean in off before i add ANY bodyfiller though. id also fill the inside with resin\fumed silica before i did anything to the outside (dont wanna have to re-sand any drips )

lookin promising though!
I am planning on doing the resin/filler with some added strands as well before I do the outside for sure. Do you think I should cut out the wrinkles and lay something over to get it a little more smooth? Or should the puddy work fine? The wrinkles are around 1/8" to 1/4" deep.

If you feel that the body filler may not hold, which I think your fear is very possible, then you can use somthing called kittyhair, or duraglass, its bodyfiller with strands mixed in and is much stronger then just body filler....
