First fiberglass project

Ok, thought I was gonna have a problem with the lycra spandex material I used but I think I will be alright now. I will reinforce the inside when my Cabosil comes tomorrow with resin, cabosil and strands mixture.

Over all, I am happy with the project so far. I am building two of these, one for each side that will hold to JL 10w6v2s powered by a JL 1000/1. I just picked up a set of Focal 165K2Ps that will be powered by a JL 300/2.

I will get a different material to fleece the other side to make myself have less body work because I want to fill em out and paint them. I am going to use Rage Gold for the filler. This stuff is good filler right? Thanks! BTW, I haven't even started sanding yet, this is raw box.

Enclosure is looking nice as well - gives me an idea for my next enclosure. Yes, paint Millennium Yellow to match. Hmmmmmm, you must be a Ford guy, but just to let you know, so am I! Vette, Mustang, hell I like 'em all just as long as they go fast or you can make them go fast.

dont even bother with the epoxy. just mix up some quality bodyfiller (rage gold?) and throw it on with a credit card, or body spreader.

id sand the whole thing with some 60, and clean in off before i add ANY bodyfiller though. id also fill the inside with resin\fumed silica before i did anything to the outside (dont wanna have to re-sand any drips //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif )
