Finally had the time this afternoon to play with my trunk. This is the first time i've done any kind of wood / carpet / automotive / audio work so criticize away!

ugly trunk and wood

box wouldn't fit with the top on.. had to saw off some metal later =(

this was the box without top.. 4 cubes tuned to 34 or something

we had no idea how to carpet but it turned out pretty well i think...

After getting rid of some metal in the way, we shoved the thing through the cabin into the trunk.

Make sure your windows are tinted dark.

I keep a lot of stuff in the trunk and didn't want to worry about shit flying around and damaging equiptment. I also liked the idea of it looking completely "stock" when the trunk opens.

And you could paint your port black on the inside for a cleaner look, if you want.

you should push some foam or something around the sides and top of the box, it should get louder and have less rattles. i used pillows and blankets for mine with the box like that

no need for foam around the sides as its completely sealed... The seats fold up without moving anything so you can't see the subs when they aren't in use, but i'll probably end up getting a little tint anyway =P..
