First off...before running any Beta on Firefox, save your old profile.

Locate and copy the profile to a new location. Leave the old one where it is (so you still have your bookmarks, settings, etc.)

Next, download and install the new beta. I'm loving it. If you type in the address bar and firefox recognizes it, it'll show a list of stuff from your bookmarks and you can just click it.

Good stuff.

It also now has a color code in the address bar to tell if a site is legit or not. (green, yellow, and I think red?)

Here's how the bookmarks work...

Just a warning...some of your old plugins might not work. Don't install this unless you feel you know what you're doing.

I'm really digging the "bookmark search" thing in the address bar. I realized all I have to type is "ca" and caraudio.com/forum pops up as the second listing. Convenient...

Don't forget to search "adblock plus" and "rick752 easylist" on google if you don't like ads (who does?)

Was this new in this beta version or in Beta 3 in general? Cause I think I'v been using that feature for a month or two now.

beat 3 in general i believe.. Im trying to use the portable version here at work but I cant seem to figure out how to transfer my bookmarks and history to the beta version from my portable 2 version
