Fire alarms :(

The fire alarm went off randomly at my college for a good 30-45 minutes. It was finals day if I remember correctly. Everyone showed up early, including me. And the teacher showed up and hour late.

Luckily it was just a volleyball class. So we just played through it all ourselves. But ****, that shit gets loud inside and enclosed gym.

whenever i'm doing new construction the **** (fire alarm guys) have to test all of them and it can take up to a week depending on how many strobes/horns are in the building. very annoying to say the least... especially when you're on your break or lunch in a confined room with a blaring siren and strobe light going off...

Im at work and the fire department is testing the fire alarms and ive had like an hour of straight ear splitting screeches going on and im about to kill myself! is it just me or are high frequencies worse than lows?
The higher frequency agitates your ears more... but, lower frequencies can damage your ear more because you don't even realize how loud it really is.
