FiQ vs JL W7

A plus with the Q is with the BP option it can handle 500-600 more watts than the W7.
A W7 can take power, im no JL fanboy i love double d's but i my friend hooked up a 13W7 to a RF2000.1bd @ .75 ohm and the W7 took it fine, if we played it for an hour or more you could smell the coils a bit. But his amp was benched @ 2800+ watts @ 1ohm....

Gain was @ 1/2 and HU was alpine 9887 volume @29 while playing.

My other friend has a 15Q and i think they both sound good.

Your not going to be dissapointed either way, go with what you like.

Power handling isnt everything, i heard that new orion hcca ub with a rf bd2000 and the output wasnt hearly what i expected and ive heard serveral subs with the same amount of power and more, and the output was greaters so i dont base everything off power handling personally.

What about an RE SX?? Had them, got pretty loud & sounded really good IMO... Although I can not compare them against the 2 he mentioned because I haven't heard them in person. (Main reason because I don't like JL, but that's just me)

My response was to the guy who said that a benifit about the Q was that with BP it can handle more power than the W7. I was just saying that the W7 can handle power pretty well.

There are plenty of subs that can handle power but are inefficient
