I'm still a very bad nail biter. If you saw my nails it would freak you out. The skin is way in front of the nails.

I quit 2 months ago after biting my nails my whole life(i'm 38)my girl bought some stuff at walmart called hoof i believe and that stuff is nasty as hells but if applied every day you will stop,no way can you bite your nails with this stuff painted on
