Finance wheels?

i think its funny how everyone on here cares so much about you that they are trying to be your financial councler lol
tirerack.com

discounttire.com

just google "sell me some rims"

check out ebay and do the payment plan...
x2

I went to tirerack and I read a lot of reviews on the finance option they have and it seems to have screwed a lot of people over. So im kind of second guessing that.

Are you leasing this car? Even then I would still consider just buying outright unless the percentage rate was really low. Then yuo wouldnt have to worry about reselling them. or if you can change rims every few months I guess that would be kind of nice. haha

I really don't care if the interest rates are like 19% if I pay fairly large payments it wont be a big deal. If I sit on it and make minimal payments I would see how this would be stupid to do.
Wow wtf I dont get how people can think like this.

the car is paid for, and when I sell the car the rims will go with it.

I will never have a credit card because I believe that if I don't have the money to buy it outright then I don't need it.
= idiot. Why pay for something now if you can put off the payment for 30 days (and pay it in full then) ALONG with getting "rewards" (cash back, etc) AND building credit? And if you get screwed over, the cc company is the middle man and can help you out.

honestly, if you want to finance some rims, just go to your bank and get a personal loan. the loan should have a lower interest rate. since it's a personal loan you spend it on what you want. it is a much safer way to finance some rims.

personally though i'd rather wait till you have the money to pay in full or at least cover half the total cost. for me, i paid mine in full. i just dread the day i need to get new tires. thankfully that won't be for another few years.

i would just save up the money over time. even tho you wouldnt have the rims, you would wind up paying a lot less than a payment plan
Best advice^^^^ Just save it up, can even earn some interest on it while your saving and then be real baller when ya go in there and drop cash for your bling.

--Or--

If your really dead set on doing this and seem to have th money to make "large payments" and such then why don't you just get em on your credit card and pay it off over the course of 2 or 3 months. Heck you could even find a deal on a card with an introductory rate of 0% for a year or something and make sure to pay it down before the year is up. I most certainly wouldn't pick up another card if you have more than 2 or 3 cards already though and have any substantial balance on any of your current cards.

Ya gotta make priorities on upgrading your ride and make sure to budget it right, would **** to get in too far over your head just for some rims and end up having to sell the car to pay off your debts if something were to happen.

save for them. you'll appreciate the expensive things you buy more this way. if you start charging things, it will come too easy for you, then you will start compounding it buy getting more stuff before the first stuff is paid for and then BAM!! you're like 80% of the country in debt. i won't finance anything under $3k personally. it's just easier to save for it. I use my cards for petty stuff like under $500 to give them activity and keep them in control by paying in full monthly.

just have your parents loan you the money and make payments to them. that's what i did when i bought my car. but honestly i would just wait and save up. what is a couple more months with out rims going to hurt. i needed the car so that's the only reason i asked my dad for money.
