Finally got burned on craigslist.

**** it! I just got screwed like a motherfucker. Here is the story.

Well i just got some Spair cash so i thought I'd go buy a Xbox 360 slim off craigslist. Well we decided to meet at a park ( they have a indoor section with power outlets, and he brought a small 22" tv. First thing i did was pop off the bottom cover and see the hdd, it said 320gb like it was supposed too. Well i hooked everything up, put a game in a poof! It ran perfectly, so i counted out the $200 and handed it over. Well i finally got some time between both my jobs and decide to hook it up, this is where I realize how bad i was tipped off.

1st: i went to clear the hdd...it says 2.9gb available... I think wtf, pull it out, and its a case, no hard drive at all just a sorry *** replacement case.

2nd i tried to hook it up too wifi one i finally cooled off,and wouldn't you know it, the ******* internal wifi card is missing (it apparently is supposed to say model 1400 on it).

3rd i tried calling and texting him(no response of course) he didnt even use a legit number, apparently its a text now number. So i have no way of contacting him ever...

So if anybody knows someone selling a hard drive on the mega cheap, or someone selling a wifi adapter, either internal or external, please p.m. Me... Thanks for listening to my rant.

Buy a HDD from newegg. They're cheap.

For 200 I would of went and got a brand new 4g slim. You can use your old hard drives from older model 360's. All you have to do is take them apart, its very easy to do.

i bought a aftermarket hdd on amazon and it works great 50 bucks for 320gb

gotta watch buying used game systems. gotta watch you dont get one thats banned. keep to your gamestop or buy new.
