You are what you eat... Garbage in = garbage out

Farmed fish are given the cheapest feed possible. They are kept in concentrations that make them highly prone to infection and disease and they are fed antibiotics to combat this. Not to mention farms create an enormous amount of pollution from their concentrated waste... has the potential to ruin areas where wild fish stocks exist.

Have you tried cod? I think its a much better alternative to tilapia.

I like cod also.

The pollution aspect is in how its disposed of. If done properly, it would make excellent fertilizer. But yes, if its simply dumped in a near by river, its harmful.

I love eating antibiotics. They taste like chicken.
