If you guys get a chance to watch this 2 hr show on either the discovery channel or national geographic, do it. The show is very surprising...and they do testing on those who perform the actual hits....such as breaking wood, cement blocks, weapons, like spears, swords, num chucks (sp?), etc. What better else to test them out than the equipment used to test crash testing done by the federal government. The show is phenominal.
