Fibreglassing Tricks

Hey,

i'm a newbie to this forum, just curious if anyone here is good at or knows where i can find a link on doin home fibreglassing, i wanna mould to weird contours, such as a very curvy wall, or something like that. Just curious as to if someone can exlpain how to do it, with pic's or something?

you have to build ribs and frame work to stretch the fleese over. That is what gives it the shape. You start with a base then add the curved ribs to the sides made from MDF. Inclued any speaker mounting rings and amp rings. Then when you stretch the fleese over the ribs and staple in place you get the 3D look. Then add the resin let it dry then feather fill it and sanding and painting. It's the same way you make kickpods.
