Set the car out in the sun with the trunk open of take the enclosure out and set it in the sun. It will finish curing and will stop making more of the smelly stuff. From there let the car air for a day or two.

yeah thats pretty much it, except he glassed his tire well so i doubt that he will be able to remove the box from the car.

I had an enclosure glassed into the tire well and it just popped right out. Laid the basic shell in-car and then built up the thickness in the garage.

usually the enclosure is too laarge to remove when you glass it in the tirewell.

PowernAudio nailed it - it's not cured because you didn't mix it hot enough.

I've got FG supplies that have been in teh garage that have resin on them that hasn't cured, and it's been what --- a year? still smelly and probably flammable.

Karleon, one time, just one the other day i was squeezing the life out of one of those small tubes.

got to the end and pWSHHHHH out came the air...

i caught a wiff of it by mistake. Probably as painful as nerve gass without all the death and puking up organs.
