yes it just takes longer for the figerglass to harden.

yes, but it will take longer for the resin to harden, you can use a SMALL heater on like a bench or something about 6"+ to heat up the resin...or just wait longer

it gets pretty cold in the winter were i live will it still dry. I have a space heater i will try out

Yes, but it will take longer to cure, and to add something, you should use more hardener than usual in cold temp.
