fiber glass box or wood box/ amps please help

So I have a 95 chevy sinlge car and wanted to know what would fit better so it will hit harder a fiberglass box or a regular wood box.//// also in that box will be 3 12 in kickers cvr 800 watts peak.... I have a 1600 watt amp and an 800 watt amp idk if i should bridge two of them to the 1600 watt amp or just run them single to each channel so each one is at one ohm?? any suggestions?

I had a ported fiberglass box,it was nice looking but sounded like shit. I wood go with wood,birch is real nice.
