Fi X12

Fi has been one of the forum boners lately, so I can't imagine this sub being too far from the rest in terms of build quality, sound quality, etc. It looks to be a well built subwoofer, not to mention, the Fi dustcaps are so sexy. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

So, basically, this is all I want to know.... Will this sub be able to handle about 400wrms, give or take some? I could adjust the gains accordingly as well. I have a PG 200.4 on the way to run my system, which will be Crystal SSCS6's and either this sub, or a 12" AA Assassin. It will being seeing pretty much every type of music. Although, rock and alternative will be the main listening venue.

If you think it will be fine, then I think I'm going to be the guinnea pig and buy one. I'll test it out, and post a review to let everybody know how it sounds. Let me know what you guys are thinking....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

people somewhat look past the X because of you want SPL your a BTL kinda person and if you want SQ you look towards their SQ line the Q

an x should be fine with 400w to it. i have emailed scott numerous times about fi and from what he told me a fi x is similar to a w3 but beefier. was actually thinking of trying them myself.

If you watch the gain, you have nothing to worry about powerwise

The Fi X or the si bm are on my list of subs to play with, that x should be fine with 400w, a little headdroom is always a good thing.
