i would do the 18" BL personally out of the. If you have the space... It would do you no justice either to look into the BTL unless you plan on feeding it 2000+ watts rms...

What are your goals when you say 'perform'? 18" has a cone area advantage, but would most likely require a bigger box. IMO, 18's are for sub-bass duty and would be better for HT rather than mobile audio. I have better luck with 15" subs in general in teh carzz.
