Fi Q 10 strange noise

So i got this sub about 6 months ago, i bought it brand new from fi, when i received it i i made a box to specs from the fi website and wired it to 4 ohms to a fosgate p6002 and it made a horrible noise when playing. i contacted fi about it via email and i put my sub in the closet and forgot about it for 6 months. i got it out this weekend and started playing with it and i cant seem to figure out where the noise is coming from? i think it might be a loose a loose dust cap? i emailed fi and they have yet to email me back (i figure they are very busy?) but i was hoping you guys could watch the video and see if you can give me your opinion on what the sound might be?
