i tore down a FI q last nice to build into a 2500rms beast and there was 7, yes 7 soft spiders.

why would ya do such a thing besides to add friction and reduce the sen of the sub?

when building per each build you can gain eff.

too many subs out there built to handle power not make good use of it....

i havent seen DC's new spiders but when they ran nuway spiders ya need a bunch cause they went limp after a week of play.

yes its a newer FI q which i have built many FI subs most of the time the leads fail, never seen the coil fail.

if you need more than 4 spiders get better spiders end of story...

They didnt really redesign them just the basket... I dont believe they are using as many spiders any more
