FI email response?

I am not sure if I am out of the loop on something here maybe, but I searched and didn't find any threads pertaining to this...

I am trying to get pricing from FI and have sent them multiple emails, (days apart here, not like I waited a couple hours), and have gotten no answer other than one automated reply after the second email stating that the FI staff was away until the 27th I believe but that date has come and gone.

If they are just backed up or something that is cool, I am not trying to rag on FI here; I am simply trying to see if anyone might know what the hold up is.

It took them about 2-3 days to respond to mine, id just wait, what do you need pricing for? i think all of their pricing is on the product page.

And it does take a few days to get a response sometimes. Another route would be to post on Fi's forum @ http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum
