fi caraudio is the best company i have yet to work with. i ordered a 18" Q and when it got here the basket was cracked from shipping. I called scott( very nice guy) at fi caraudio and he said he will send a new one out right away.

ok ill show you leads that have been known to tear off the vc due to over excursion.... heres re's lead design, which for some reason is the same as fi's

so which one would be better and more reliable for spl, but if their customer service is good like that, then good for them, at least they are doing more for their customers then DD lately

FI is an amazing company with there customer service and products, I would love to get some hands on time with the BTL cause im intrested in running 2 next year for comps. A+++++++++ sevice from these guys keep up the good work!
