Fi BL 15 versus PSI Platform 3 15

Just got a quote back from PSI, they would be using a platform 3 built for my box and amplifier RMS, they quoted me $500.

Would this be worth an upgrade from an Fi BL 15 with no extra options on it?

You using the SK1500? Cuz I got a quote from them on a sub that will handle 3k daily ( never determined what platform, assuming 3) for under $500.

A platform 2 will handle that skar 1500 no problem and be less money. I have platform 2 12 that has had aq2200 on it

Im aiming for a substantial upgrade over the Bl. Platform 2 is comparable in specs from what it looks like

limiting factor will be the 1500watts, not the sub you choose. If you go with a "monster" sub you'll need more power.

Trunk car, if so might want to consider 2 12's that will use that 1500watts better...

i can make a 9" motored sub be totally useful at 1k and up its totally how you build it and parts used...
