does it run at 1 ohm?

if so what would it do 1 channel at 1ohm?

No, the amp doesn't run well at 1 ohm, but it does run at 4 & 2 ohms.

it would have to run @ .5 ohm per channel to be able to br bridged @ 1 ohm

The older optidrive amps that were made by Lanzar before they were bought out, would run at 1ohm mono all day long and produce back crushing power. They were monsters back then, I don't know much about them since that Brooklyn based company whose name begins with a Py..... bought them out a few years back.

dude go to lanzars website and you could get a refurbed 500.2 for $239 with a year warranty.

hey thanks alot musclehead....i might just do that. you or pimpin interested in just flat out buying the z6400?? pimpin....do you know what the fuse rating is on that amplifier?? also have you had it bench tested and how much power does it really put out?? it says 450x2 at 4 ohms...what does it put out at 2 ohms?

Hey, no I am not interested in that hifonic amp. I did not have the amp benched yet because my whole system isn't completely done yet, but I am planning on having it tested when it is complete so I will be sure to post my results. About that 450 X 2 @ 4ohms, I have heard that that is a misprint and that the amp will do that @ 2 ohms, not 4. I will be sure to keep you up to date with the output of this amp. You can buy a refurbed one of these amps for very cheap on ebay from audioblowouts. I bought mine from a member on here for $150 shipped but you can buy one for a little bit more and it will be just as awesome. thanx eeryone for you post.
