Feeding the RF Punch Power DVC some DTR love - the attempt to blow it... with vids.

OK so the RF Punch Power DVC is on it's last leg so I decided to beat the living p1ss out of it and video it on my ride home up the interstate today. To my surprise, I can tell the entire suspension is blown to dogsh1t but the sub is still playing and I'm pretty sure the coil is in tact. It's the big 4" coil bad boy and maybe someone will want it to toy with after I cut it up and examine the remnants. I only have the DTR2200.1 @ 2 ohm and not super high on the settings, in fact I just put it in the other day so all my wires are exposed and looking like a typical ugly install //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

The box is a "Dave The Box Guy" box, single 4" aeroport tuned to 32hz I believe...

I start off with some E-40 - Players Ball and then just hit the 200-20hz sine sweep, and then let 20hz on up roll at max volume...



I've got another abuse vid coming... if I get ambitious I'll put another c&d tech batt in the back, strap up my two Rubi2500d's and put 5k @ 2 ohm to it FTDeath...

well, the coil is in good shape, the surround on both the basket and at the cone is starting to completely shred. I think I can probably strap my Rubi 2500d's to this thing since the coil is in good shape and let it rip, perhaps with the trunk open, at full volume, 25hz or so... sound like fun?
