The positive side of this, if you told them to package it more and they said ok automatically I think fedex has to pay your insurance claim.But I'm not positive, I beleive this is how it works with ups.

Although, all you had was a verable agreement, then not much you can do.Because there is no proof that you paid for them to pack it.......so.Meh, good luck.

We'll see what happens when Brandon talks to fedex. At this point I'm out my money and a sub. Stay tuned.

posted this before but it's worth posting in this thread...

it seems you need to ship subs in steel containers with fedex. they have no problem destroying crates too..
