This years Cinco De Mayo Car Show/ Outlaw SPL Drag Racing will be on Sunday, May 3 at the Colorado State Fairgrounds in Pueblo. There will again be four categories based on number and size of woofers:

1 sub up to 2-10" subs

2-12" subs

2-15" up to 2-18" subs

3 or more subs

Format is head to head competition after qualifying round. Nice trophies(1st-3rd in each category), huge crowd and good food. $30 pre-entry, $35 day of show. $5 off per entry for five or more club entries.

That sounds good man. I think Lonnie from Drive In is going to enter me, along with 6 other guys for the group discount.

The food is awesome!! Pass Key's little stand was the shyt, last year. I was trying to convince my parents to run a concession for their restaurant, but that weekend is Blossom weekend here and its a big festival for us Fremont County rednecks. Trophies are big too.. My 2nd place was bigger than my 1st place from one of Drive Ins car shows/sound comp. I plan to be there with both my trucks, 6 12's and possibly the 2 18's if I get my funds in order:crazy:.

Rain, sleet, or snow.. Joes shows have never been cancelled, that I know of. I remember back in the day when Al from Al's Creative was into the competing and he was there and that day was around 30degrees, and a little rain with snow and the show still went on. Granted there wasnt many people but it was all still fun in the rain. Last year was hot as fawk, so a little cooler would be nice though.

It would be great to have you all come to the Cinco De Mayo Show. I don't think that I will be able to make it on Sunday. I'm in Vegas until Friday. My batteries came in, but they need to be installed as well as my subs(New cartridges).

I'll have everything done and ready for the cinco de mayo show, may be a long drive but I haven't been down that way in a couple of years. The food is just more of an encouragement.

It better not snow sunday, I hate the cold and the winter. The only good thing about the winter is snowboarding.
