Google will be getting sued out of existence if Trump gets in.
I'm in the process of suing them for sending local police comments I made on youtube that then sent the police to my home. Not only were some of the comments not mine, but the comments that were mine were sent to police in broken context meaning they kept certain words from one comment but removed others. I was almost arrested, I was temporarily detained in handcuffs and put in the back of squad suv in front of all my neighbors while they conferred with the local DA on what to do. I was released after 20 minutes or so and told there was not enough there to arrest me for terrorist threats. You'd think they'd confer before coming to me but apparently they wanted to see how I'd react. Thankfully I was in a good mood and didn't snap. The process of suing google is unfortunately very difficult but I filed anyway and my lawyer said almost all class action suits start with an individual suit as discovery usually leads to information of other individuals with the same claims. Come to find out there are hundreds currently suing for similar issues so we'll see what happens.
As for the algorithms, content theft and redirecting of information that's probably illegal as well. Google is just so powerful and is basically the federal government's spy tool, one of them at least, so it may all be fruitless in the end. Then what will anything matter if they can do as they wish. America is pretty much over at that point.
