i lose weight like crazy during football season, playing in NM and all. lol hot as fvck. so im not to worried about a few extra calories and electrolytes are good.

I used to only drink gatorade, so i would be staying awake at night and **** with over 500 calories a day just from gatorades. I was D line and D End and fullback. Never had any cramps from Sodas.

Haha, DLine, OTackle. But thats a lot of gatorade. I only drink on average one of the 20 oz bottles a day. But if i dont drink any water all day, and have a soda, i just about die at practice, from headaches and cramps. Dunno why

Comparatively small yes. It was fun surprising a "soft" 300 pounder by putting them on their backs though. Strength is equally important. Our line averaged 210-215 and we were pretty darn good.

I was a d end, guard. At 190 pounds, life was tough. I am pretty strong though so I most of the guys across from me.
haha... thats tough. im 6'1, 275. hope to be 6'2ish, 300, and running a 5 flat 40 by my senior year //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

HAHA! i used to be one of those guys, except wasnt clumsy and uncoordinated so never got laid on my back. But 6+months in the gym changed that for me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Playing for a small school, I went up a lot of those types. Coaches thought it was a good idea to put the fattest guys at d tackle. I only met one dude who flat out handled me. Playoff game my senior year. Huge Samoan dude, 290-300 easy and he wasn't fat in the least. I had no chance.

I was still the strongest on the team, that was my claim to fame
