BArely ever drink soda any more. Too much sugar, crazy how much weight you lose when you stop drinking it. Switched to vitamin water which has significantly less sugar yet is still tasty.

the grape propel is pretty amazing. but since its football season ive been drinking like 2 gallons of water a day, mixed up with a few gatorades. been a long a$$ time since i had a soda.

it dehydrates the shiz outta you

i lose weight like crazy during football season, playing in NM and all. lol hot as fvck. so im not to worried about a few extra calories and electrolytes are good.
