Knukonceptz makes good cables. I have a set and it didn't give me any trouble for the past 5 years.

Rockford Fosgate. A little pricey but they are durable and I havent heard of anyone ever having problems with them.

Personally I like the scoche ones from Wal-Mart. Or if I am in a really big hurry to get it hooked up, I get 2 pieces of ground wire (I get it from work for free) and force it in the hole like prom night.

RG6 quad shield coax. Very well shielded, doesn't pick up noise easily.
