Favorite hot sauce?

is it one of those sauces that are not hot at first but after it hits your tongue for a good 5 seconds it kicks in
No. Capsaicin is what makes peppers hot. Your average pepper that you would consider to be unbearable is around 300,000-500,000 scoville units. This stuff is 16,000,000 units.

I like a variety of habanero based sauces when mixed in foods for adding spice to the dish.

I tend to have a diet consisting of mainly eggs and chicken so I have my regular everyday sauces too.

When its time for eggs... its Frank's. I don't think theres anything that matches my taste preference better. Whether its straight scrambled eggs or something along the lines of a scramble, I definitely like Frank's. Tastes good on pizza too.

When I go with grilled chicked tacos I usually go with the Tabasco Green Pepper sauce. Its practically not spicy at all but its a good flavor that compliments the grilled chicken and mix of cheeses I go with.

I think the breakfast items are the ones I almost can't go without some hot sauce. Since different restaurants have different ones available I've also become quite the fan of Tapatio and Cholula.

I also tend to make myself nachos on a semi-regular basis and I really like to use just some good old sliced jalapenos. Certain samiches taste great with some hot giardiniera as well.

It's all about the flavor, but I just bought some 3 AM reserve //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I won $20 off my friend because he actually thought Habanero was the hottest pepper...

But pure Capsasin. I was reading the review of how the guy was injured from putting a grain of salt sized piece on his tounge. Makes me wonder if they could possibly prosecute you for attemped murder or manslaughter on this.

They dont have to be incredibly spicy to be good. Douche nozzle, this is about enjoying the taste, not compensating for lack of manly-ness.
umm, to me, Franks has no taste or spice. I did mention a sauce that I believe tastes better and has more of a kick, not the strongest kick, but it gots kick.

The best compromise in flavor and heat.
