as for tc3k, i understand where you heart is bro, but to be pretty straight forward its none of your fuckin business. i get that you're all about getting rid of scammers but its not up to you to report what may or may not have been filed as a false usps claim.

and no offense to the mod but why would caps get banned? i think that is ridiculous at best! he went out of his way to help out by ensuring that the guy got his money back! he fixed a problem that was caused by his friend. if anything he should be thanked for stepping in to help resolve this matter.

Edit: Caps got banned? I'll have to check this out...he came off a bit rough maybe, but he gave up 130 bucks of his own cash, with no guarantee of ever getting repayment. Definitely not a ban worthy act if this is true.....

No, actually they won't. That is a federal crime. The cops are not feds, and there is no way in hell that you're going to get the feds to investigate a $160 crime. Police blow money all the time. They'll pull people over for doing like 2 or 3 miles an hour over the limit if they wanna be *****, they'll send about 10 cops in if someone has like a tiny amount of pot, they'll park their cars and leave them on for hours just burning up a whole tank of gas for no particular reason. I don't think the cops are afraid to waste money.
